Camping Information 2011
On-Site Camping
~ NHSA Workers & Vendors - please contact the NHSA office for details on camping ~ Competitor pit camping has limited space but may be available upon request. To request a reservation for Competitor Camping, contact rogr.wright@comcast.net or call Roger Wright @ 603-543-3669. There are a limited number of campsites available on the race grounds. Sites are available on a first come first served basis starting on July 1st. You may reserve your camp site by calling the NHSA Office @ 603-273-0220. All campsites are pre-assigned. The sites are $150 for
the weekend (limit of 4 adults to a site) that includes two 3-day
passes to the races. Passes will be given out upon check-in at the
gate. Check in may begin at 8:00 am on Friday, October 9th. All campers
must vacate their sites not later than 7:15pm on Sunday, All additional people over the age of 12, staying in campers are required to purchase a three day admission pass. ($30 per person). All campsites must be reserved at the NHSA Office and paid for by credit card or check in advance in full. All reservations after September 18th are to be credit card only. Cancellation Policy- Cancellation of reservations must be made 14 days prior to October 8th for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds are available after September 25, 2009.
Campground Rules ~
These sites
are for self contained units only. (No tents allowed) There are no
hookups. There will ~ Pets are allowed in the campground area only. Dogs must be leashed at all times. ~ Only four adults may be registered to any one site. No visitors allowed. ~ Any damages to the fences or farm will be billed back to the camper that occupied that site. ~ ATV’s, motorcycles, or golf carts are NOT ALLOWED in campground or anywhere on site. (Exceptions for handicapped must be pre-approved by Camping Director.) ~ Campfires may be allowed depending on local conditions. All campfires must be attended at all times. Campfires shall not exceed a Category 1 (a small controlled fire, such as a camp or cooking fire, not greater than 2 feet in diameter contained within a ring of fire resistive material or in a portable fireplace). All fires must be extinguished not later than 12:00 midnight. ~ All campers must park in their assigned sites and parked parallel. ~ Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. ~ Only one vehicle per site is allowed. ~ All vehicles entering or exiting must check in or out at check in booth. ~
Any unauthorized
vehicles left in parking lots after 12:00 midnight on Friday or 8:30pm
on ~
Campers
may be evicted for actions involving intent to harm others, destruction
of properties, any criminal activity or noncompliance of anyCampground
Rule.
